TERMS FOR PROCESSING MINORS’ PERSONAL DATA THROUGH EDVENTO

These Terms govern the transfer and processing of personal data of minors when Educational Centers, schools, and other educational organizations conduct testing through the Edvento platform.

1. Consent of the Legal Representative

Before transferring a minor’s personal data to Edvento, the Educational Center must obtain the consent of the minor’s parent, guardian, custodian, or other legal representative in the form required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Educational Center must be able to confirm that such consent has been obtained.

By transferring a minor’s personal data to Edvento, the Educational Center confirms that:

  • it has a lawful basis for processing and transferring the data;

  • the required consent of the legal representative has been obtained;

  • the legal representative has been informed that Edvento will be used to conduct the test.

2. Personal Data That May Be Processed

Edvento may process the following data in connection with testing:

  • the minor’s first and last name;

  • telephone number, where required;

  • Educational Center and branch;

  • test subject and language;

  • answers to test questions;

  • test results, scores, and percentages;

  • determined knowledge level;

  • recommended learning level or group;

  • date, time, and duration of testing;

  • attempt history;

  • technical data necessary for operation of the platform.

The Educational Center must not provide Edvento with excessive personal data that is not necessary for conducting the test.

3. Purposes of Processing

A minor’s personal data may be processed for:

  • organizing and conducting testing;

  • checking and automatically evaluating answers;

  • determining the minor’s knowledge level;

  • recommending an appropriate learning level or group;

  • storing test history and results;

  • providing results to the relevant Educational Center;

  • ensuring the security and technical operation of Edvento;

  • complying with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Automated test results are educational and advisory in nature.

4. Access to Test Results

Test results may be made available to authorized employees of the Educational Center.

Edvento may also generate a unique link to a test result. In certain cases, such a link may be accessible without additional authentication.

The Educational Center and the legal representative should keep such links confidential and must not share them with unauthorized persons unless they intend to provide such persons with access to the minor’s result.

5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

To ensure the operation of Edvento, necessary data may be processed by server and cloud infrastructure providers, technical and communication service providers, and other Edvento contractors to the extent necessary to provide their services.

Cross-border processing of personal data shall only be carried out in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Retention, Deletion, and Withdrawal of Consent

Personal data shall be retained for the period necessary to conduct testing, provide results, maintain testing history, and comply with the lawful obligations of Edvento and the Educational Center.

The legal representative may request correction of the minor’s data, restriction of processing, or deletion where there is no other lawful basis for continued retention.

The legal representative may also withdraw previously provided consent in accordance with applicable law.

7. Confirmation by the Educational Center

By transferring a minor’s personal data to Edvento, the Educational Center confirms:

“I confirm that the required consent has been obtained from the minor’s parent, guardian, custodian, or other legal representative for the processing and transfer of the minor’s personal data for the purpose of conducting testing through the Edvento platform.”

The Educational Center is responsible for the accuracy of this confirmation and must retain evidence that the relevant consent has been obtained.
