EDVENTO CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I, as a user of the Edvento platform, freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest hereby provide Edvento, operating under the Edvento brand (hereinafter referred to as “Edvento” or the “Operator”), with my consent to process my personal data under the terms set out below.

1. General Provisions

1.1.

I confirm that, before providing this Consent, I have read the Edvento Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy and understand the purposes, scope, and procedures for processing my personal data.

1.2.

This Consent applies to personal data provided by me directly to Edvento, generated during my use of the platform, as well as personal data received by Edvento from an Educational Center or another organization using the Edvento platform to conduct testing, where an appropriate lawful basis exists.

1.3.

If the User is a minor and applicable law requires the consent of their parent, guardian, custodian, or other legal representative, this Consent shall not be independently provided by the minor.

A separate consent of the legal representative shall apply to the processing of personal data of minors.

2. Personal Data Covered by This Consent

Depending on the platform functionality I use, I consent to Edvento processing the following categories of my personal data.

2.1. Identification and Contact Information

  • first name;

  • last name;

  • telephone number;

  • e-mail address;

  • other contact information voluntarily provided by me.

2.2. Account Information

  • User identifier;

  • registration date;

  • selected language;

  • information about the organization or Educational Center;

  • branch;

  • User role or position;

  • access permissions;

  • login and Account usage history.

2.3. Testing Data

  • selected subject;

  • testing language;

  • questions presented to the User;

  • answers provided to questions;

  • correct and incorrect answers;

  • number of points scored;

  • percentage of correct answers;

  • results by individual levels and sections;

  • knowledge level determined by the system;

  • recommended learning level or group;

  • date and time of testing;

  • testing duration;

  • test status;

  • attempt history;

  • other information directly related to conducting and evaluating the test.

2.4. Payment Information

When using paid platform functionality:

  • payment amount;

  • payment date and time;

  • transaction identifier;

  • payment method;

  • payment status;

  • other information necessary for payment accounting.

Full payment card details may be processed directly by the relevant bank or payment service provider within its own systems and may not be transmitted to Edvento.

2.5. Technical Data

  • IP address;

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • browser type and version;

  • browser or device language;

  • cookies;

  • session identifiers;

  • date and time of access;

  • pages visited;

  • referral source;

  • information about actions performed within the platform;

  • technical logs;

  • information about errors and failures;

  • other technical information necessary for the operation and protection of the platform.

2.6. Support Request Data

When contacting Edvento support:

  • content of the request;

  • contact information;

  • correspondence history;

  • attached images, documents, and other files;

  • information necessary to review and resolve the request.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

  1. registering and maintaining my Account;

  2. identifying and authenticating me on the platform;

  3. providing access to Edvento functionality;

  4. organizing and conducting tests;

  5. processing the answers provided by me;

  6. automatically calculating test results;

  7. determining my knowledge level;

  8. generating recommendations regarding an appropriate learning level or group;

  9. generating and storing test results;

  10. maintaining test and attempt history;

  11. providing results to the Educational Center that initiated the test or its authorized employee;

  12. enabling me to share my result with persons selected by me;

  13. operating personal accounts for Educational Centers and their employees;

  14. maintaining testing statistics;

  15. processing payments for Edvento services;

  16. performing contracts, public offer terms, and other agreements;

  17. providing technical and customer support;

  18. sending service notifications relating to my Account, testing, security, payments, or platform operation;

  19. ensuring information security;

  20. preventing abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access;

  21. diagnosing technical errors and failures;

  22. analyzing the use of Edvento and improving the platform;

  23. generating anonymized statistics and analytics;

  24. complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

  25. protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Edvento, platform Users, and third parties.

4. Operations Performed on Personal Data

I authorize Edvento to perform the following operations on my personal data where necessary for the purposes specified above:

  • collection;

  • receipt;

  • recording;

  • organization;

  • accumulation;

  • storage;

  • clarification;

  • modification;

  • supplementation;

  • retrieval;

  • use;

  • automated analysis;

  • provision;

  • transfer;

  • restriction of access;

  • anonymization;

  • blocking;

  • deletion;

  • destruction.

Processing may be carried out both with and without the use of automated means where necessary to provide services or comply with legal requirements.

5. Automated Processing of Test Results

I understand and agree that Edvento may process my answers to test questions using automated means.

As a result of such automated processing, the system may:

  • automatically check answers;

  • calculate the number of correct answers;

  • calculate the final score and percentage;

  • analyze results by individual sections or levels;

  • automatically determine an estimated knowledge level;

  • recommend an appropriate learning level or group.

I understand that such a result is an educational assessment result and is informational and advisory in nature.

Edvento does not independently make decisions regarding my admission, expulsion, employment, or other legally significant matters on the basis of test results.

The final decision regarding the use of test results is made by the relevant User, Educational Center, or another authorized person.

6. Provision of Data to an Educational Center

If testing is conducted at the invitation or initiative of an Educational Center, school, educational institution, or another Edvento User, I consent to my test results and related personal data being made available to the relevant Educational Center and its authorized employees.

Depending on platform settings, they may have access to:

  • my first and last name;

  • my telephone number;

  • information about the test;

  • my answers;

  • my result;

  • percentage of correct answers;

  • determined level;

  • indicators by individual sections;

  • recommended level or group;

  • date and time of testing;

  • testing history.

Such data is provided for the purposes of organizing testing, determining knowledge level, and facilitating further interaction between me and the relevant Educational Center.

7. Test Result Link

I understand that Edvento may generate a unique link to an individual page containing my test result.

Depending on platform functionality, such a page may contain:

  • first name and/or last name;

  • test subject;

  • result;

  • percentage score;

  • determined level;

  • indicators by individual sections;

  • recommendations.

I agree that a person who possesses the corresponding unique link may be able to access this page without additionally signing in to my Account.

I understand that such a link should be treated as confidential information and should not be shared with persons whom I do not intend to grant access to my test result.

Where the platform provides a link revocation function, access to the result may be terminated using the relevant Edvento functionality.

I also have the right to contact info@edvento.uz and request restriction of access to the relevant result where there is no other lawful basis for its continued processing or availability.

8. Transfer of Data and Access by Third Parties

For the purposes specified in this Consent, Edvento may provide access to the necessary amount of personal data to the following categories of recipients:

  • the Educational Center that organized the testing;

  • authorized employees of the relevant Educational Center;

  • hosting providers;

  • server and cloud infrastructure providers;

  • technical service providers;

  • banks;

  • payment organizations and payment service providers;

  • e-mail, SMS, and other communication service providers;

  • analytics service providers;

  • contractors involved in the technical support and development of Edvento;

  • government authorities and other persons where required or permitted by law.

Personal data shall be transferred only to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant purpose of processing.

9. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

I understand that certain technical, cloud, analytics, communication, and other services used by Edvento may rely on infrastructure located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

I hereby consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data where such transfer is necessary to provide Edvento functionality and is permitted under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This consent also applies where applicable law requires the consent of the personal data subject for the transfer of personal data to a particular foreign country.

Edvento shall take into account applicable restrictions and specific legal requirements concerning cross-border transfers and the storage of certain categories of personal data.

10. Cookies and Analytics

I understand that Edvento may use essential cookies necessary for:

  • authentication;

  • operation of the Account;

  • maintaining the session;

  • ensuring security;

  • storing technical settings.

Edvento may also use analytics technologies to analyze the operation of the platform and improve its functionality.

Where applicable law or platform settings require separate consent for certain non-essential analytics cookies, such consent shall be requested separately.

11. Anonymization of Data

I consent to Edvento anonymizing data obtained during my use of the platform.

After proper anonymization, where such data can no longer be used to identify me, it may be used for:

  • generating statistics;

  • analyzing test effectiveness;

  • improving testing algorithms;

  • improving the Edvento platform;

  • conducting research;

  • preparing aggregated reports.

12. Term of This Consent

This Consent becomes effective from the moment I provide it and remains valid for the duration of my use of Edvento and, after such use ends, for the period necessary to achieve the specified processing purposes and fulfill Edvento’s obligations.

Personal data shall not be retained longer than required by the purposes of processing, applicable law, contractual obligations, or another lawful basis.

Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, this Consent has been withdrawn, or other grounds specified by law arise, the relevant personal data shall be deleted, destroyed, anonymized, or its processing shall otherwise be terminated in accordance with applicable law.

13. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I have the right to withdraw this Consent.

I may do so by:

  • using the relevant function in Edvento, where available; or

  • sending a request to info@edvento.uz.

To enable Edvento to identify me and the relevant Account, it is recommended that the request include:

  • first and last name;

  • telephone number;

  • e-mail address;

  • description of the request.

Edvento may request additional information necessary to verify the identity of the applicant and prevent unauthorized deletion or disclosure of personal data.

After a valid withdrawal is received, Edvento shall cease processing personal data based on this Consent to the extent that no other lawful basis exists for continuing such processing.

Withdrawal of Consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Consent was withdrawn.

Certain data may continue to be processed or retained where necessary to comply with legal requirements, perform contractual obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or where another lawful basis provided by applicable law exists.

14. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

I have been informed that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, I have the right to:

  • obtain information regarding whether Edvento holds my personal data and regarding its contents;

  • obtain information about the purposes and methods of processing;

  • obtain information about processing and retention periods;

  • obtain information about persons to whom my data may be disclosed;

  • obtain information about planned or completed cross-border transfers;

  • request clarification or correction of inaccurate personal data;

  • withdraw my Consent;

  • request temporary suspension of processing in cases provided for by law;

  • contact the competent government authority regarding personal data protection matters;

  • protect my rights and legitimate interests before a court.

15. User Confirmation

By providing this Consent, I confirm that:

  1. the personal data provided by me belongs to me or I have a lawful right to provide it;

  2. the information provided by me is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge;

  3. I have read this Consent before accepting it;

  4. I have read the Edvento Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy;

  5. I understand the purposes and conditions of processing my personal data;

  6. I am aware that I may withdraw this Consent;

  7. I am aware that I may contact Edvento regarding the processing of my personal data;

  8. I voluntarily provide this Consent under the terms set out herein.

16. Procedure for Providing Electronic Consent

When using the Edvento website or application, this Consent may be provided electronically by checking the relevant checkbox and subsequently continuing registration, submitting a form, starting a test, or performing another clearly indicated action.

Edvento may record information necessary to confirm that Consent has been provided, including:

  • User or session identifier;

  • date and time the Consent was provided;

  • IP address;

  • document version;

  • the action through which Consent was provided;

  • other technical information necessary to confirm receipt of Consent.
