Payment and refund procedure
1. Payment procedure
1.1. The Customer pays for the selected testing service (a test package or an individual test) through the electronic payment systems available on the Website, including Uzum Bank, as well as by other lawful means of payment.
1.2. From the moment payment is successfully made, the Customer is deemed to have fully accepted this Public Offer.
1.3. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the price stated on the Website. After payment has been made, the cost of the service paid for is not subject to change.
2. Refund procedure
2.1. Should the Customer decline to receive the service before the test begins, the funds paid are subject to refund on the basis of a written or electronic request from the Customer. Bank or payment organisation fees withheld in accordance with applicable law are not refundable.
2.2. Once the Customer has been granted access to the personal account or to the test link, the service is deemed to have been partially rendered. In this case the refund amount is determined less the cost of the services actually rendered.
2.3. If the Customer does not start or does not complete the testing paid for on their own initiative, the funds for the services actually rendered are not refundable.
2.4. If the service was not rendered, or its provision became impossible, through the fault of the Service Provider, the Customer has the right, at their own choice:
- to receive a full refund of the funds paid;
- to apply the payment made towards another testing service;
- to postpone taking the test to another date.
2.5. The refund request is sent by the Customer through the official communication channels of the Service Provider, together with documents confirming the Customer’s identity and the fact of payment.
2.6. The request is reviewed within 3 (three) business days. Where a decision to refund is taken, the funds are transferred to the bank card or other payment instrument from which the payment was made, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the rules of Uzum Bank and the relevant payment organisation.
3. Final provisions
3.1. Relations connected with payment and refund of funds are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and this Public Offer.
3.2. All disputes arising between the Parties are subject to settlement through negotiations. Where no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner established by the applicable legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
