Measures to limit and control the risk of fraudulent transactions

The Service Provider hereby informs its customers and partners of the measures taken to prevent and limit the risks of fraudulent transactions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the requirements of the Bank.
The Service Provider controls and limits suspicious transactions in the following ways:
- checking payments and transactions for signs of fraud;
- limiting transactions that raise suspicion in the Bank’s security system;
- using protected data transmission channels and modern information security tools;
- identifying and verifying customers when payments are made;
- temporarily suspending transactions when a risk of fraudulent activity is detected;
- cooperating with the Bank to prevent unauthorised transactions;
- complying with the requirements of the IE Agreement and internal security rules.
The Customer undertakes:
- not to disclose personal data, passwords and confirmation codes to third parties;
- to report suspicious transactions without delay;
- to follow the rules for safe use of electronic payment systems.
The Service Provider reserves the right to limit or decline a transaction where signs of fraud or a breach of security requirements are detected.
