You enter your name, phone number and subject. Surname is optional. For maths, chemistry and biology you also pick a school year and the language of the questions.

Each question gets 90 seconds, and when the time runs out the system moves on.

Why the number of questions is not named in advance
Questions come in blocks of eight. After each block the system moves the step up, moves it down, or checks the same step once more.
That is why the test runs to 16–40 questions and takes 24–60 minutes — the closer the starting point is to your real level, the shorter the test.

In language subjects the questions are in that language. In the other three you choose the language of the questions: Uzbek or Russian. The school year does not limit the content, it only sets the starting point.

What this test does not do

It gives no document. Edvento issues no certificates, and an official document comes from a state exam.

It does not replace an exam. Neither Multilevel nor IELTS can be swapped for it.

It does not break your score down by skill. There is no separate figure for Reading, Listening or Grammar: the test measures the step, not the skill.

Who else sees my result?
Only you have the link, and you decide who to send it to. The page shows your name, and your phone number is masked. Search engines do not index it.
Can I take it on a phone?
Yes. Every answer is saved as you go. If the connection drops, the answer stays on your device and is sent as soon as the network is back.
Why do you ask for a school year?
In maths, chemistry and biology the scale follows the school curriculum, so the year gives the test a starting point. It does not limit what the questions cover.
What happens if I leave before the end?
No level is given: naming a step from incomplete answers is a guess, not a measurement. How many questions you were asked and how many you got right stays on the page. One link gives you one attempt.
